Accessibility Statement

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the online shop www.isotec-isolierungen.de, operated with JTL-Shop 5.5 and enhanced by the digiAccess plugin, which provides additional accessibility features.

Our Goal

We are committed to making our shop as accessible as possible in accordance with the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and EU Directive 2019/882.

Status of Compliance with the Requirements

The shop is based on the accessibility-optimized NOVA template of JTL-Shop 5.5.

In addition, the digiAccess plugin is used, offering users options such as adjusting contrasts, font sizes, and text-to-speech functionality.

Many contents (e.g. product images, texts, navigation) have already been adapted to common standards (WCAG 2.1, Level AA).

Currently partially compliant.
Some elements (e.g. alternative texts for all images or complex tables) are still under review.

• Ongoing maintenance of alternative texts for product images

• Optimization of the heading structure

• Testing of keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility

• Regular testing with tools such as WAVE, axe, and Lighthouse

It is based on a self-assessment using common testing tools (e.g. WAVE, axe, Lighthouse) and a technical analysis of the shop system used.
