Do I need adhesive?
No, the ArmaFlex Home sheets come equipped with a pre-configured adhesive layer (self-adhesive).
How do I cut it?
Use a very sharp knife (e.g., a ceramic knife or a smooth utility knife) to achieve clean edges. Sharp cuts are important for sealing the joints. It is best to order a ceramic knife directly from our shop.
Can I use it in my camper?
Yes. The ArmaFlex HOME material is specifically designed for such projects and is functionally suitable for cold protection and sound insulation.
What thickness do I need?
19mm is best. This is the ideal all-round thickness for walls and ceilings, as it provides very good insulation without being too thick. For corners, frame members, and folds, use 10mm, which is more flexible and better adapts to uneven areas.

ArmaFlex provides passive frost protection by significantly delaying the point of freezing.
Condensation?
Yes, very well. Thanks to the closed-cell structure and high diffusion resistance, the material forms a reliable vapor barrier and effectively prevents condensation from forming on cold surfaces.
Why should I use Home instead of AF/ACE?
The ArmaFlex Home series is optimized for handling but generally has comparable insulating values as the AF/ACE line. ArmaFlex Home is often more cost-effective because it dispenses with the strictest industrial certifications that are not required for private households and is pre-configured in larger quantities.
Mold resistance?
The material is mold-resistant and non-absorbent due to the closed-cell structure.
Odor?
The material is formaldehyde-free and has only a minimal initial odor that dissipates quickly after installation.
